Test 361: Does the Number of Words in Blockquotes Matter?

This is a follow up on Tests 319, 329, and 330, looking into < blockquote > usage. The tests were looking at an article from Search Engine Journal that talks about how Google will ignore something that goes into a quote. What ended up happening in Test 319 is that the page with quotes in it dropped to the bottom.

In Test 329, the inverse - the site without blockquotes within a sea of sites moved up.
Test 330 showed that maybe content was considered when adding a blockquote from a high authority site - it jumped the page to number 1.

So with so many tests done on a smaller attribute like the < blockquote >, Jo thought he would add some more eyes with some tests over a few sites looking at word count.
