Speedlink has had some service interruptions in the past couple of months.
At some point, Boryslav wasn't able to even purchase new packages.
It might be a good sign to retest the service since it could be overloaded or something.
Speedlink might be an affordable service for your indexing needs but does it still work?

Or if you want to do like bolts, if you're in a mass sites and all that stuff, do speed links, you'll get your 64% submitted again, you'll get the rest of them in the next round.
Typically, that's what I've been seeing with speed link. So this is much better for if you're building backlinks and you have your tiers, so tier 2-3-4 and 5, go for it.
If you're buying links from service providers, and they give you tier stacks, again, put your good stuff in omega and the other junks and speed links come more cost effective for both and you'll get a better return on your money.
So that's how I would apply all that.
